I liked that it was always clean and very helpful/friendly staff. Our room overlooked the island, could even see the ocean and Bali especially the lights of a night. There communication through WhatsApp is amazing, always within 5min for any issues or food for room service.
The road into the property was terrible, the internet wasn't the best (worked some nights others didn't)
