The place was accessible to a nearby mall, the unit itself was clean and everything we needed was there, great internet connection if you will be working remotely. Host was responsive and attended to all my inquiries.

2. We were not informed regarding the clearance, too much hassles, it took us an hour to be checked in.

We were informed to send 2 valid IDs, but the guard asked only 1 will do, but this is my first time to be asked for sending us valid IDs online, since it's already paid, for how many years as a member of Booking.com, only this property asked me to send valid IDs.. Identify theft is very rampant that's why, I was reluctant to send ours, sorry for this..
YOU may be stricter to your guests who are foreigners.

Location is accessible for everything
The owner is Aragon not willing to help with very bad attitude. He mentioned his phone number on booking however when we called he was not willing to listen or help using inappropriate words.
