Perfect little annexe, well equipped with everything you need and very secure garden for dogs which as a real bonus. Very quiet didn't feel like it was an annexe, felt nice and private.

Great location, especially with the parking included. The lake is less than 10 minutes walk away and the co-op was handily close too. We both enjoyed our stay, especially the walk up Catbells and the welcoming ice cream van on the way back to the Launch. We would happily consider staying there again if we were ever to go back to Keswick.
I appreciate you've got to have rules, especially where dogs are involved, however I would have been more appreciative if I was aware of what the rules were when I'm booking rather than reading through a list of things that we could or could not do on arrival. I'm guessing that previous guests have been less considerate, which is a shame.

The bungalow was a few minutes walk from the town centre.
It was absolutely spotless! The cleanest place I have ever stayed.
All the things for cooking were available in the cute little kitchen, though we didn't cook, we had takeaways from the many takeaways in the area.
The shower was a wet room, absolute godsend!
The garden was secluded and secure for my little dog to have a lay on the grass!
Vicki (the owner) was really friendly and available to text.
Next time I visit Keswick I will definitely stay at the cottage again :o)
