Due to fact that it’s a business hotel, no swimming pool. But we’ll known in advance and the service was great so no dislikes at all

The stuffs are very friendly! Thanks them a lot because that trip was first time to Israel for me.

I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Also, lounge service is excellent and convenient for me.

The safe at #802 was not functioning. The drainage of the sink in the room was not that much good. However, these problems were a minor one for me.

The room was rather good size for the value

not having one ice machine available for guests at least one on the first floor. When it is hot, it would be pleasant and convenient to get ice at any time without asking for staffs to get it

A lovely comfortable stay with excellent service

The reception staff make an effort to attend to any request. The rooms are very spacious & lovely. We liked the fact that when we booked in early & our room was not ready we were invited to go to the business lounge to relax, have snacks & beverages as well as wait in a lovely environment with Wi-Fi. The service at the hotel was excellent

We were greeted by Osher at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and cheerful, explained things clearly and patiently. The 10 th floor traklin was well stocked and looked after. We could sit together and have a drink to relax in between activities. Peaceful and clean.

Superb

Close to station and Weizmann Institute. Also city centre and restaurants are in walking distance. Hotel offers hot and cold drinks and light food in the evening for free. That's very convenient.

Accomodations were nice, breakfast was great

The hotel did not have running water one of the nights of my stay. The staff was courteous but not very helpful. Sent me to another room to shower, where the water stopped mid shower. Kept me waiting forever saying "the water will be back very soon." Amazingly, I went to complain the next day, was told "come back tomorrow when management is here," when I came back the next day I was told "we can give you a 15% discount on the rate for that night." I immediately said I am checking out that moment, and while I was in my room packing, I was called and offered one free night as compensation. Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Overall the stay was very enjoyable experience with great staff service.

Excellently located to all forms of transport. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The business lounge was a bonus.

The parking arrangements were not convenient. Had to purchase vouchers which could only be used once. The hotel should come to an arrangement with the parking managers to allow hotel people to enter / exit multiple times without any limitations. The other point is that one night their was excessive noise and banging of doors and load music between 1am and 6am on the 9th floor in 2 or 3 rooms next to our room ruining our sleep. It was due to a wedding reception "after party" that some of the people staying at the hotel decided to continue celebrations. Happy for the people but it is not good for travelers and business people that have meetings the following day in the area. Telling us that we should have complained to reception was ridiculous. This sort of behaviors should be stamped out before it starts and hotel policy should be that all those using the hotel should minimize disturbances and noise levels.

restful and comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

room was clean, beds were firm (not springy or bouncy) shower was great, breakfast was great. Staff were very nice.

it is about 25 mins from the airport and the taxi cost 180 NIS although it was Independence Day so they tend to charge more.
