The breakfast is outstanding and brings me back every time. The rooms I have stayed in are big enough for a couple, and it is walking distance to Mölnlycke centrum for groceries, dining, and some shopping. I love the trees and pond around the property.

The property has an interesting history. Located in a large country park with woodland walks on the edge of Gothemburg. Access to a kitchen and common areas was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of different local products.
The description of the property as a hotel and hostel sharing the same site was accurate but we had expected to be in the main hotel building. Our bedroom was in one of several accommodation blocks around the site. The room was comfortable with all that we needed but a short walk from breakfast and parking. Unfortunately our stay coincided with the world youth football tournament in Gothemburg and we shared our accommodation block with some noisy young footballers. As there were several teams staying it would have been preferable to gather all non-footballing guests in one block to allow peaceful sleep.

It was clean. The internet worked. The gardens were nice. I saw a rabbit.
The "private" bathroom was not actually private. It was located outside the room in a small foyer shared with the neighbouring room, alongside a second bathroom for the neighbour. So the neighbour was able to use our bathroom if they chose, and you could not walk to the bathroom in privacy.
The door locks/catches/latches were louder than one would think possible. We were woken anytime the neighbour opened their door. When we tried to open our door gently it woke our neighbour. I spoke to others staying in the hostel and they also commented on how loud the door latches were.
