Location is good. It’s on the main road of the village. The day shift receptionist is great. Room & shower room are spacious.
Wifi connection is not that stable but understandable as my mobile internet also not performing well in El Chalten.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they helped with everything we needed and also provided info regarding the trails.
The location is very good.
The room we received dit not looked like the pictures and it was very cold . The bathrooms window did not closed properly . We comstantly had to ask the reception to up the heat in the room. The lack of the facilities. Th kitchen was dirty and in need of renovation.
