The owner was very friendly and helpful. He helped me book a very nice restaurant for my friend’s birthday lunch. The villa is comfortable and the location is excellent, close to the Saceda escalator and escalator to the town

very courteous and considerate landlord. well equipped facilities. Landlord is always available to answer question. Beautiful mountain and village views on the large balcony overlooking the cable cars moving up and down the Ortisei-Alpe di-Siusi. convenient parking.
We stayed for four nights. Everyday we exit the apartment turn right (west) to walk to the village center for cable cars. On the last day we realized that we can turn left (east), just a few steps further, there a very convenient escalator taking us up to the cable car for Seceda. I hope we were given this tip when check-in.

We had a wonderful stay . It was exceptionally spacious,, and beautifully maintained , with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels and essentials. Everything was thoughtfully prepared
The location is excellent. The stairs leading directly to the center of Ortisei were just below the villa, providing easy access to the town, and the Seceda cable car was also conveniently located nearby.
Gerald was welcoming, and attentive host , and communication throughout our stay was easy
We had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended !
The sound insulation was a little limited, and some noise from the neighboring units could be heard
