Regardless of our unsatisfactory response, it helped us , my fiancé went to write his exam well and had a beautiful brea

It’s near my workplace and that they have restaurant as well as good food

The room was dirty, the water was cold , we had to request for an iron

Excellent range of food!

Wide range of food for breakfast and dinner. The staff was hospitable.

The room needs to be revamped. Old furnishing, dark and gloomy. Old, soiled, stained, and frayed sofas, seating, and carpeting. The room was cluttered with unnecessary furnishing. The bathroom was not proportionate to the room or suitable for an average-sized adult! Very small, The toilet was squeezed into a small space and as a result, one sat uncomfortably. The bathroom was not clean or hygienic even though were requested cleaning! The pool was small and the locals occupied it, resulting in limited use for the guests of the hotel. No accommodation for females to use the pool. The facility and its surrounding was poorly ventilated.

Superb

The amenities and facilities are excellent. The staff are really hospitable and accomodating. The requests are always provided with ease and comfort. They served sumptuous breakfast. The reception is very responsive, we would like to commend all of the receptionist especially the morning shift during our stay (we forgot to get the name) and for the complimentary he gave us.

The staff named Abdulrahman is quite rude with the way he communicates with the guest.. There was a mishap regarding breakfast inclusion in the reservation and he suddenly told us unconstructively that "actually you do not have breakfast in your room". We might have a miscommunication during check in and we could pay that. His way of talking was quite insulting.

Over all the stay was great, I would still recommend it.

The location is near to places that I visited, Olaya, Batha and Sulaimania. The staff are welcoming and helpful. AC is cold and its a quiet room. Parking is also available.

The room was smaller that I expected and there was no double lock inside.

Staff members Osman and 2 of his Egyptian colleagues (I can't remember their names!) were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, well-humoured and helpful. Bed was very big and comfortable. Air conditioning system appears old but works well. Great view of the city landmarks from my window on the 5th floor. Breakfast was good. All staff were always helpful. I felt comfortable in the neighbourhood - no safety concerns at all. Right next to a large supermarket and a cash machine which was very convenient. Tidy Burger King across the road.

The hotel is a little run-down and could do with some investment. Water does not get properly hot in the shower. Wi-fi is a bit unreliable. Pool is only open from around 10-4pm which is not convenient if you have meetings during the day. Window of my room had pidgeon droppings all over it (room 516). The drainage in the bathroom can be quite noisy, although this didn't bother me during the night.

Great for a short stay in Riyadh with amazing staff services.

The staff were awesome, they were polite and helpful. I would like to especially thank the evening receptionist as he helped me provide flexible timing for check out. The services were adequate and the suhoor buffet was delicious. The location is great as well. Kettle with teas and coffees was also provided. Overall, a comfortable stay is guaranteed by their amazing service staff (which includes the cleaning staff, buffet staff and the evening receptionist)

The rooms are old and the pictures don't exactly match the description. The hotel failed to respond to my requests consistently for an early check in, which was disappointing. The morning receptionist needs to work on his communication and hospitality skills! The hotel price was expensive.

I love the location it’s very accessible to everything such as supermarket, shopping centre’s and even hospitals. I love the rooms and how they prepare them. The cleanliness was superb. I love the view, from our room you can see the kingdom tower and Faisaliah tower. And what made our stay more beautiful was the staffs they are so professionals and welcoming. Thank you

Value for Money and Excellent location

All staff were friendly especially gentlemen at the reception both Mahmoud and Hassan. The rooms were spacious with all amenities provided and very comfortable beds. Value for money and location is excellent and convenient.

Hotel basement Parking has only one entry and exit point.
