Hotel Mercedes

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice now and will continue to book it on our early trip to Hossegor. The friendly staff are what make the hotel exceptional. Run by ladies who are fantastic. We look forward to seeing them all again next year.

Absolutely nothing. Couldn't fault the hotel or the staff in any way. The night manager was a bit grumpy but that's all.

My husband and I spent four nights at Le Mercedes Hossegor in a studio apartment to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we had such a lovely stay. The hotel really went the extra mile to make my birthday feel special. I was surprised with a delicious homemade birthday cake at breakfast and even a birthday cocktail, which was such a thoughtful touch! 🎂🍹 The weather was very hot during our stay, so being able to relax and cool off in the pool was an absolute delight. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, bar staff and reception staff for looking after us so well. We left with wonderful memories from my 40th birthday and would definitely stay here again. We would happily recommend Le Mercedes Hossegor to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay and my birthday so special!

Location is wonderful , Close to the village and the beach . Staff is extremely friendly . Spacious room with nice balcony . The room was also very quiet . Hossegor beaches are nice with a lot of space. Good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel

After a 7 days stay the breakfast gets a little boring , due to limited choices even if the quality of the products is good
