The staff was super friendly and helpful. They opened the breakfast area earlier for us, so we could eat something before we left. A really lovely family!
The room had a great view and was really big. The beds are comfy as well. We also went to the spa area with sauna, which was clean and relaxing. Its easy to reach the supermarket on foot from the hotel and there are bus stops close by which take you quickly and for free (with the suedtirol guest pass provided by the hotel) to the hiking areas.
We loved the dinner with traditional food and the delicious breakfast as well, super tasty.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. Thanks for the great time!
The room got a little hot during the night, but we just left some windows open.

La struttura è molto accogliente gli spazi ampi, le stanze ed il bagno grande e ben attrezzati. La posizione dell’Hotel anche se non centralissima è ottima con una stupenda vista sulla vallata e le montagne. La terrazza a disposizione della camera è dotata di due lettini e nelle stagioni più calde permette di godersi il sole direttamente dalla propria camera.
Sono purtroppo arrivata tardi per problemi di lavoro e traffico e non mi hanno servito la cena. Avevano a disposizione solo un piatto freddo da servire in camera. Capisco i problemi di una gestione familiare però erano le 20:45 quindi a mio parere un po’ più di elasticità in casi come questi non guasterebbe. In ogni caso mi hanno cortesemente detratto dal pagamento la cena non usufrutta.

Hotel Gruber is one of the best accommodations, maybe the very best, that I have ever been to. Absolutely perfect service: food, drink, transport to the slopes, wellness, incredibly nice staff, cleanliness, professionalism. And the most important thing for me... It's a family hotel, I know who I'm giving my money to and what I'm getting for it. The services correspond to a far higher category of hotel. Amazing family! In short, a perfect vacation.
