For a short stay the property is fine.

The location is convenient as per the larger parking car.

The third bed in the room is too small for an adult but unfortunately they have no choice otherwise the room door could not open.

Convenient location

The hotel is close to the train station and to the town centre. All members of staff are very friendly.

The finishes in the room and toilet look dated

Superb

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental. (Not the best start to the day for a Brit). but I knew that when I booked. The coffee, and croissant selection was fresh and tasted good, and that was what I was offered on booking. Next time I'm in Foligno I'll use this hotel.

Pleasant, comfortable spot slap bang next to the station

This is a modest but very welcoming small family-run hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff in a perfect spot for travelling around Umbria by train. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and had very efficient aircon, which seems to be strangely lacking in a lot of the accommodation options in Foligno. There was a nice Italian breakfast served in the breakfast bar that was included in the room price.

Although we had the aircon on at night there was a little disturbance from neighbouring rooms, so the soundproofing is not great. However the noise of trains was not as intrusive as we had anticipated being so close to the station.

No elevator. No shower box

No elevator. Our room was 31 (high) steps away from the entrance. Very tiny bathroom. Showers have no box so if you're planning to take a shower get ready to flood the whole bathroom.

The free parking; Fresh pastries at breakfast.

Good Place for Short Stay

Hotel was easy to drive to and had good parking. It's perfectly located for walking into the center of town. Check-in staff was helpful. Room was quiet.

Bed was hard and chairs on balcony were very dirty.

Very good

Good location next to Foligno train station with easy walking access to the center. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free, easy parking. Rooms have air conditioning. Bathroom was newly and nicely renovated. Rest of room could use a little refresh, but overall good value for the money in Foligno.
