Location is far from city center or other tourist attractions, but you should be coming for the sports and wellness instead so it is a calculated trade-off.

Really good facilities for sport and relaxation. Nice "boutique" hotel with top sports just over the footbridge
Weak or invisible management. Very willing staff trying their best but without any sign of guidance or leadership. Big weakness

Café had great food, although a bit expensive
Hotel rooms and facilities seem a bit dated, it was very difficult to book tennis courts and fitness lessons - too busy as external club members pre book, pool area was not cleaned daily (empty glasses and rubbish from the evening before still there in the afternoon of the following day), restaurant was expensive and staff quite unfriendly sometimes
