Ease of checkin. Lady at desk was absolutely amazing. Could not do enough for anybody. Parking out front. No charge. Best breakfast ever. Very good quality food and coffee. Excellent value. We had twin balconies. No view but no problem. It was too warm to have the doors open. Cuneo was a real surprise. A beautiful town that needs a few days to explore. Cannot talk highly enough of this hotel. Wish there were more like it

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the room a decent size.
Breakfast area was a little cramped when it was busy.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect. What particularly stood out was how warm and welcoming all of the staff were.

Excellent family business. The property is clean, well managed, the staffs are very friendly & helpful, few steps away from the old town & nice restaurants in every corner.
