Our stay was really joyfull
Staff was very decent and helpful specially mr bassem from room service
Aqua park and fun valley was really great enjoyed every moment there, staff their were kind and pleased the children
Breakfast was good
Dinner very good
The beach need more facilites and attention
Over all i highly recommend the place for families
And sure i will come here again isA

The management is willing to make the c
ustomer happy and comfortable. The kids activities are fun. Front desk and the General managers are on top of their game.
The rubber Matt's are torn and old and that makes the slide slow and dangerous. Food quality was ok but sometimes it was below any expectations. Old oil shouldn't be reused and left over cake shouldn't be used to make a large cake with some covered cream and decorative sauce.

Everything is excellent, the Aqua park, the food and the staff is super friendly and so helpful, especially the reception staff and room service, and special thanks to Zainab, Mohamed Alaa and Amrosy.
It is far from the sea, however their is shuttle bus, and the driver was so nice and helpful
