Great hotel in a very secure and safe location. There are some really good restaurants within 500 m, so in this regard I would rate the hotel highly. The room was a little bit small or shall I say too congested but please keep in mind that one can slide the bed to the side to gain more space.
But overall, the stay was pleasant with a good assortment at the breakfast table.
The bathroom and the toilet are separated and this leaves the entire space a bit congested, the toilet walls were hardly 1 m wide or maybe a little more..

Confort of the bed
There was many homeless people just in front of the hotel, and walking around the area doesn’t feel 100% safe because even thought there is shopping near

Good location for eating and drinking, and not too far from the city center.
Internet didn't work most of the time, and breakfast is not included. Room access cards demagnetize too easily, had to come down to fix it every single time.
