Really nice place

We really liked this accommodation. The offered price is significantly lower than other options in the city. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a beautiful presentation - homemade, aesthetic food. Very nice and unique interior.

Overall we were satisfied, the staff sas nice and the breakfast was delicious. Clean place with panorama view.

Cozy place to stay with great location. We went there for a summer weekend to just wander around and the location was perfect.

For a rainy weather or skiing trip, I would reccomend a different room or place, as there was no place to put your wet clothes. When we asked for something the staff was nice and brought some racks, but there was no rack, no chair, no hooks in the bathroom. TV was not working, which was not an issue for us, and the wifi worked only so so. All these were not a big issue but good to know if the weather is poor or you need to work

Plesure to stay their for the location and the friendliness of the owner

Great location overseeing the town. The owner Gunther was a pleasure to speak to and he gave me a free upgrade to balcony view. Very hospitable!!

Accommodation with perfect location and nice view.

Large clean room with nice. Good location for skiing,. Accomodation is only about 5-7 minutes walk from the cable car. Nice enviroment in the guesthouse. Excellent coffee for breakfast. Tea can be brewed in the room.

The bathroom has a very small shower even for a skinny person. Breakfast could be with more choice. The balcony is shared by all rooms and you may be disturbed by neighbours.

We had a fabulous time at Villa OXA. The staff is super friendly, breakfast was great and the owner Günther is super welcoming and nice. We will be back for sure and can recommend everyone staying there!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The owners of the house are very friendly. The feeling was very homey. Beautiful decor! The best view of the city!

the room could have had a fridge- the only thing I would point out.

superb location/view & kind owner

kind and respectful owner who promptly answers our questions and help sorting out issues if any. prime location with amazing mountain view of Maria Alm town. parking available. this property is a family business, nice family and safe atmosphere. the view is unique from the balcony because the place is built on a little elevated ground which makes it highly than the town which makes the view superb. cleaning was done daily.

lack of breakfast choices and average quality of coffee. generally, we mainly had bread, coffee and cheese. cold meat was only pork/ham. no proper restaurant on site, only breakfast, but close to restaurants in the area.

Villa Oxa was situated perfectly for us and the views from the breakfast room and our bedroom and balcony were fantastic.

perfect location, stunning views, exceptional!

The quirky decor and stunning views were exceptional! the location is spot on to get to the lifts whilst being just out of the noisy centre of town. The friendly family owners were really helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble!

Excellent place!

We loved pretty everything - the location, the staff and their friendliness, the view from the room’s balcony and lovely breakfasts.

Access to the wifi was rather poor.

The host was very nice My children were happy to play with their daughter The location was quiet and cool Beautiful hotel design

We were two families with kids and the booking amount was deducted twice! So far, we have not received any explanation

Angstig/Scary

De eigenaar heeft me bedreigd en net onterecht geld van mijn credit card afgehaald. Deze man is niet geschikt voor zijn werk. Vermijdt deze plek De owner has threatened me and blocked our car when we wanted to leave. They have also charged my credit card without my authorization. The owner is not fit for his job. Avoid this place at all cost!

Het agressieve gedrag van de eigenaar The aggressive behavior of the owner UPDATED after response from the owner. I encouraged the owner to call the police, but he didn't dare to at the end He did block our car He was aggressive He confirmed that it was not my fault that the bed broke, but now he claims my friends did it, unbelievable.... The bed did break, because I stretched myself at night. I am not super tall, just over 180 cms, so not the best quality bed. Which is OK, but why would I then pay for repairs. He did charge my credit card without any authorization, shame on them IN SHORT, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ACCOMODATION And lets close this chapter, I have more important things to do, I hope he is happy with my money that he received in a shameful way....
