Jugendherberge mit sehr gutem Niveau

Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum, Küchennutzung. Es sollte klar sein, dass es sich um eine Art Jugendherberge handelt, auch der "Hotelbereich". Dann ist es eine Unterkunft mit gutem Niveau, auch das Frühstück.

Die fehlende Möglichkeit die Fenster im Zimmer zu öffnen.

In our room (room 9 of Wanha Pappila house) there was a closet (not accessible to us) containing something like heating/cooling equipment, that constantly (i.e., 24/7) produces a really annoying noise, making sleep difficult. Moreover, there was no WiFi coverage in the room and the blinds weren’t dark at all (which is a problem, given that in summer the sky remains bright until midnight and again from 4 a.m.). A room like this simply shouldn’t be given to customers, unless they are made aware in advance of all these problems.

Very good

The room was clean and nice, there was a small kitchen and a space to eat/ spend time in. Also the children's play area was useful for us. In general, the area is quiet and well maintained. Staff was friendly and breakfast filling.

The ventilator was very loud, curtains could be better for light summer nights.

Exceptional

Perfect place to stay in relax in a silent zone but 10 min drive from city center. Quite place very beautiful room clean and confortable. Good staff helpfull and ready to answer also by wapp. Very good breakfast in weekend day direct on room, during week in the main building.

Good

The hotel is situated in a very quiet place about 5 km from the centre. I could sleep very well before YKI testi. The first-day breakfast (the portions of it were given to each room separately) was good. Everything was quite clean.

Ham for the second-day breakfast was not fresh and there were less vegetables (comparing with the previous breakfast) - no tomatoes and bell-peppers, just cucumbers and lettuce.

Very nice location. The room is in a very nice building palace in tipical style merged in a lot of trees. Nice looking place.

Beautiful location and the breakfast was really good and great variety.

I got bedbug bites on my legs from sleeping in the left bed in room 11.

Cool place and spotless rooms. In quite a scenic area outside of the city centre. A good choice if you have a car as it has ample parking. Breakfast was nice touch also.

The location is not in the centre but knew this before booking and had car so no problem. Maybe a cool feature would be to have some cheap hire bikes - it would be a nice ride into the centre and tourist attractions and would make the location almost irrelevant.

Nice stay

Very nice room and place. Spacious. Opportunity to boil water and had microwave.

Breakfast was little poor.

Overall worth the money due to the cooling in room.

Air conditioning and cooling in the room, it was as summer week with days over +35c and nights over +20c.

Nice architecture outside but missed and spoiled in renovation indoors, very few furniture and little table space, no hooks for jackets / clothes, the breakfast room building was horrible,

Clean hostel with horrible breakfast

It was nice reception service.

Location was quite strange, quite away from the city . It was not possible to use sauna probably due to Covid. Breakfast was bad as it was not normal buffet breakfast and nothing was mention that it will be just a tray in the fridge which was not enough for me. It is a basically very poor hostel with price of the hotel. I would not recommend it.

Very good

Definitely worth the money! The hotel is located in a kind of school area. They have students living on the campus area next to the hotel. I kind of had the feeling as we would have been on a summer camp. Breakfast did not have so many varieties but it was delicious and the self made bread (buns straight from the oven) were so good! Hotel room was very nice and super clean. It was a quiet area for relaxing.

The location is very far from the city and there are really no facilities. So you definitely need a car to reach the location.
