The apartment is well equiped with utensils for food making. And it is close to a nearby tram station and restaurants.

The room is quiet dark and we could hear shoutings in the neighborhood especially on evenings. There were also no airconditioning. There was a ceiling fan but there were no remote control. We find it very uncomfotable to sleep at night.

Very comfortable and cosy apartment. Exactly the way it is mentioned. We njyd our stay, if we got to Zurich again we will stay at same place. Location around is very good, this is more important for me. Zurich hbf is 5 min away on tram. Ceiling Fan in our room was not working and we emailed about it, as it was Sunday no one was available but on Monday morning additional fan was given to us.

I booked large bed for two ppl but bed was not even double It’s hot weather but fan doesn’t work at all No power in the fan Can’t open the window it’s so noisy outside Even building so noisy at in the day and night Not a comfortable stay at all They also have a so called “smart tv” but their tv isn’t even connected to wifi and it’s not possible to do so either. They have no apps on tv like Netflix or YouTube like a normal smart tv. The bathroom had no air fan/exhaust ventilation which made it so stuffy and uncomfortable to be in and shower I did complain on customer service but the lady was rude she said can’t do anything they took payment but not helpful at all They showed something good in website but not produced Very disappointed I requested for my room to be changed or a compensation but they completely ignored me Definitely not value for money, it is no where near worth the money Low quality I use booking.com for many holidays but they should not present this place Hopefully this feedback helps other people’s experiences in booking themselves a place

Very modern, spacious. Everything necessary has been put in place. There was no noise in the building. We were comfortable in every way. Thank you.

The stylish interior is super clean, spotless and it feels just renovated for your stay. The bed is 200 cm wide and is very comfortable. There are plenty of conveniently placed consents over the bed that allow you to change a number of electronic devices. The built in bedside LED lighting has a remote control with adjustable light intensity. Plenty of shelves, iron and foldable ironing board. Spacious closet with ten high quality wooden hangers. Dining area: wide round table with four comfortable dining chairs. Living area: two comfortable upholstered armchairs, low table, TV, carpet. There are window blinds that block the sunlight for perfect sleep. Kitchen: everything I needed with lots of new cutlery, dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, stoves, espresso machine, detergent, sponge, etc. Two bottles of water were included as well. Bathroom: everything I needed such as crispy clean white towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, blow dryer. Supplemental toilet paper. I may certainly miss to mention some other amenities.

No bathtub. No toothpaste and toothbrush, but I brought my own, so no big deal.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment, good location

The room has beautiful but really dark painted ceilings and the room has poor lighting so at night it’s very dark. The curtains don’t cover the windows so guaranteed 6am wake up and the shower only comes to chest height, so need to kneel in the bath to wash your hair.

I was expecting that there would be some coffee to use with the coffee machine, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Also the light in the room could be better.

- The apartment was clean and the building is well maintained. - There was a very nice balcony, which I was not able to use that much because of the weathers - Good channel selection on TV.

- No light in the apartment, as mentioned in other reviews. - Very small kitchenette, with no dishwasher and also no space for rinsing the plates. - I stayed for 3 nights, leaving on a Satuarday morning and asked for a late checkout. They said they couldn't know in advance and asked me always to ask on the day of departure. However, the departure was at 10am, so no point in asking for a late checkout on a Saturday morning if I had to wake up early asking for that. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady was ringing on my door at 10am sharp. This was disappointing. - The shower head was not ideal because it was small and also I could not hang it up at a sufficient height to use it properly without needing to hold on to it while taking the shower.

Location excellent for my purposes. The view over the internal square is interesting but the other buildings are quite close.

Cleanliness was generally very good but the floor was quite dirty particularly around the toilet. I can see why it was missed as the floor colour hides splashes etc and they could only be seen from certain angles. The curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window.

Close to the train or bus station. Three - four stops with tram. Also walking distance. Has a COOP market close by. Although we arrived early to the location, customer service arranged for us to enter prior to check-in. The entrance with code was convenient. Room was clean, had everything a person needs, felt like home with the small kitchen. All appliances were new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The floors make incredible noise with each step. Was surprised to see such a situation with regards to the rest of the room. The heating could be a bit higher, with the cold of Zurich. Only one bathrobe was provided, maybe needed to ask for the second. The water in the shower was changing between hot and cold. Could be fixed.

Everything related reservation and organization

Hotel administrator proposed prolong option, so I asked for this for couple of hours, for the late checkout. But I got a refusal right away, so was wondered why I was proposed for the option that is not available for me.

i was disappointed when I arrived as it was not the same room as what i’ve booked. though it was an upgrade, i really wanted the one I’ve book as i wanted a balcony. the sad part was, no one told me that my booking was changed.

Room is amazing, totally in love with that design. I was reminded to provide a copy of my id. Place is very comfortable, a lot of shops nearby. Check in process was quite comfortable.

No coffee at all:( you are provided by coffee machine but no chance to use if you will not buy coffee package. There is a quite long list of the inventory provided and you need to check if everything is here. Wondering why I have to spend my vacation for calculating all the forks/spoons etc.

LOVED this apartment! the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. You can walk to the bus stop or stop locally for groceries. The only complaint I have is the lighting. It was hard to see in the room. Also, if they could add full body mirrors, that would be amazing. Thank you!
