Room was great by itself but no airco, super hot, and super loud outside to keep windows open. Spa area very dirty, no spot for hotel guest at the restaurant for the dinner

The location was terrific - right on the beach. Likewise, the parking was free and available at all times. The staff were very helpful.

The room was tiny and ill-equipped. There was only minimal storage space for clothes and no fridge/mini-bar for cold water, etc. I’m struggling to see how this could be rated a 4 star, when the room was similar in facilities to a Campanile!

view, pet friendly hotel. Upon request of having our dog with us on breakfasts and lunch/dinners, we were offered to sit either outside on the terrace or in bar area and to have dog with us.

picked set menus from the restaurant. Later found out was still charged a’ la carte. But when highlighted to restaurant staff, matter was dealt with promptly and with no fuss.

Reception staff were helpful and courteous, but some restaurant staff were surprisingly rude. There were no clean bowls available for cereal/fruit, and the container for scrambled eggs was empty throughout breakfast. Staff were irritable when we asked for anything and the restaurant service was slack and sloppy

Easy to find and park, very comfortable room, quiet, lovely location, excellent staff. Sorted out a taxi for us and a restaurant

Given that one of the reasons that we booked this hotel because of its excellent restaurant we were surprised to find that as arriving guests we couldn't actually eat there as it was fully booked. At no point was this possibility pointed out to us, in fact it's not something I have ever come across before

very poor nights sleep - no air conditioning so had to sleep with window open an kept awake by party in neighbouring house until 3am. Not able to have dinner as restaurant fully booked upon arrival - we checked in early. overpowering smell of bleach/chlorine in lobby very unpleasant Bar staff didn’t take orders or offer to bring drinks to outdoor area

Loved the location and proximity to the beach. The dining room overlooks the sea, which with better weather would have been lovely. The food was very good and breakfast choice excellent.

After a long day we wanted to swim but discovered all had to wear bathing caps which we didn't have. Next morning the two women decided a swim before breakfast would be good so dressed ready for the pool we purchased caps. Then discovered the pool wasn't open until later (too late for us as we were moving on to another location) - surely most people prefer to swim before breakfast rather than after?!

Could have done with second suitcase stand TV remote had to be fixed first evening No possibility of eating in the restaurant throughout our stay ( except breakfast) as we were told on arrival it was all booked ahead.

The experience was excellent: very clean and large room, comfortable bed, nice view from the room window, excellent bathrobes, wc and shower separated. The breakfast was really good, with nice choice even for vegans. The cherry on the cake is the swimming pool and the aqua zone: very good and clean sauna, swimming pool with hydromassage and terrasse with direct sea view. Strongly recommend and hope to come back!
