Ubytovanie bolo čisté, moderné. Strava bola chutná a všetkého bolo dostatok. Personál by vám zniesol aj modré z neba, milí, ústretoví, komunikatívni. Cítili sme sa skvelo. Oddýchli sme si v pokoji aj vo wellness, kde sú 3 sauny a veľká vírivka. V prípade návratu to bude jediný hotel kde sa ubytujeme. Ďakujeme. 🚲

Hotel navštěvujeme pravidelně. Je v samém centru města. Pokoje jsou pohodlné. Personál je velmi milý. Jen nás vždy zklame snídaně.

Na prvý dojem pri check-in hotel pôsobil dobrým dojmom.
Moju skúsenosť (1 noc) nemôžem hodnotiť kladne z nasledujúcich dôvodov:
- kôš na hotelovej izbe nebol vyprázdnený pri príchode na izbu – zrejme ešte pozostatok mini baru po predchádzajúcom hosťovi – toto by sa v kategórii 4* hotela nemalo stať.
- následne po check-out (iba niekoľko minúť) hotel inicializoval dodatočnú neautorizovanú platbu na mojej kreditnej karte, bez akéhokoľvek vysvetlenia.
