Satisfactory

Location and ambience is good. Good place for a business trip as it's suited for that crowd.

Rooms are pretty small. Understand kitchen is supported from external resources.

The Breakfast and food were fine.

The room was extremely small for 2 persons and it is surprising to know that an IHG facility would have the same rooms available for all one or more than one persons.

All in all the stay was average

The rooms were decent and clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient

The food was horrible. Even though it’s a budget hotel, you would decent food since it’s a part of the IHG chain. But sadly, the food failed to impress on multiple occasions. The breakfast was mediocre with rather average and tasteless spread. The in-room dining was worse.

A below par experience with stay, amenities & food especially when one isn't being reimbursed for it

- It is the IPL season, so they at least had one English channel, even if it wasn't HD - While no body lotion was provided, at least they had body wash & shampoo, that too by Dove - Kitchen staff were open to hearing the experience & asked for feedback

Breakfast isn't really fresh like it used to be: - Omelettes used to be made to order but now they are part of the already prepared items placed in the heated pan. - While the tomato cheese sandwich was supposedly made fresh each morning, it was crumbly each time I ate them - The tea was just passable in taste, perhaps due to constantly being on low heat Room facilities were mediocre: - Extremely tiny room for 2 people, can be manageable for a single traveller - While I get that it is a business hotel, not having a place to unpack pressed clothes onto a shelf & only to hang them, is quite inconvenient - Unlike other business hotels, there's no body lotion provided, which I know is a basic provision; thankfully there's body wash & shampoo at least & that too by Dove.

Room size is too small. Bad part is that wash basin is in the room so that's a construction or planning issue.

Staffs response , size of the room , toilets . No space to move in the room , location of the hotel , DIRTY TOWELS ( SHOWESD THE RECEPTION , no access to conveyance . Lousy linen , no cleanliness

Comfortable stay.

My booking did not reflect in the hotel’s system. I was asked to wait for sometime until it is sorted. Thanks to Divya and her team who immediately swung into action to ensure that the checkin does not get delayed any further.

Although the room was pretty small, it is sufficient for a short stay. The room was clean and had the basic amenities. They have ample parking space. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The price could have been a bit less. The complementary breakfast was just okay.

Very good

Very smooth check-in and check-out. The room is very clean and neat, has all the essentials, the bed is extremely comfortable! All facilities are in a good state (shower, WC, bedsheets, no insects). I saw a lot of people complain about the size of the room, which was surprising, because it is a normal size room and has everything one would need. The staff are very nice and efficient. The breakfast has nice options.

Chai was a bit too watery.
