Superb

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very tasty cuisine.

There was no kettle in the room. To get to the hotel you have to climb a high mountain.

This was my best vacation yet and I will see the wonderful hosts again.

The hosts prepare a wonderful Schopska salad from fresh high quality ingredients. Coffee, salad and the view of Varna and the sea from the dining area always put us in a good mood. The hostess prepared us some dishes with freshly bought ingredients that were really tasty. I started learning Bulgarian and the hosts noticed that and kindly helped me right away with individual words and pronunciation. Whenever I had a question or a request I was helped in an uncomplicated way. Thank you Gabriella and Viktor! We loved it with you and look forward to seeing you again :)

I have no reason to criticize, quite the opposite.

The roads of the hotel were very bad. The streets are narrow and problematic for vehicles close to the ground. Bathroom handset was broken. It would be nice to have a kettle and hair dryer in the rooms. Air conditioner is very noisy.

TERRIBLE. DONT STAY HERE

this was a terrible property. they lied about everything and tricked us into paying cash then adding additional money on our credit card. the pool was green and disgusting!!!!! there were bugs in our DIRTY room and the shower was broken. the wifi also didn’t work and it was EXTREMELY loud with renovations the entire time starting at 5AM. someone walked into our room unannounced while we were changing and the staff was VERY rude and unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! it’s a terrible drive up the mountain, we almost popped a tire. DO NOT STAY HERE! here’s a pic of the swamp aka pool.

Great place for people with free spirit

The best view in Varna. Great staff. Very helpful. Kitchen is great. If you want to feel free, like at home, just joose Casablanca Green. Small dogs are accepted. Owners are a German lady and a Bulgarian. Recommend you the place

4 km from the downtown, but you can order a taxi for 5 euro

I'll remember the pool and try to forget how steep was the road up to the hotel.

The pool was great but only in the mornings while most of the guests go away. In the afternoons, it was splashy and noisy. There usually was enough space to park the car. The view is not like in the photos, it's blocked by the houses in the foreground

The room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. The access to the hotel is terrifying, the hill is unbelievably steep, not to mention if you want to move anywhere from the hotel on foot. You get only one towel.

I recommend for very short periods

1) The room is large, clean, there is a table and iron in the hallway, a microwave, a water heater and a refrigerator, although there are also refrigerators in the rooms. Friendly staff, even if they speak neither English nor Romanian. 2) The quality / price ratio is ok!

1) There are no trash cans in the rooms or in the hallway. If we didn't have a garbage bag from home, we wouldn't have a place to leave our garbage. 👎 2) There are about 5-6 kilometers to the center of the town and on the way back it is a lot to climb on the streets, and the taxi is expensive (24 BGN).

Great stay

The owners are very nice, the place is very quiet and the swimming pool is clean. Great value for money. Also the food they offer is very good and the pricing is reasonable.

The property is a bit far from the beach and from Varna. The road to the hotel is quite steep. Great if you have a car/if you take a taxi or if you like walking.

Quiet place with unforgettable view on the sea

First of all hotel Casablanca is located in a QUIET location😊! so You are not exposed to the unbearable noise and e.g stupid "bump bump" music from the clubs (which happens on the seaside hotels). However very close to city beaches and top attractions (5 minutes by car). It is wonderful to hear only cicades on evenings and seagulfs mornings...We had fantanstic view on the Black Sea. Owners are very nice and helpful. Hotel offers 24hours swimming pool with refreshing cool water (fun for kids especially).I know there is a bus stop nearby to the Warna city.

I highly recommend this hotel. The host is so pleasant. Also you will have an amazing view to the See Coast from your windows. One more pleasant thing - nice swimming pool😌
