Le lieu est magique, l'hôtel est un véritable château, parfaitement refais.

Magnifique château ! Parc extraordinaire.
Chambre spacieuse avec une vue unique sur le lac.
Grande salle de bain.
Personnel adorable.
Dîner délicieux.
Piscine familiale très sale... Impossible de s'y baigner.
La même chose pour lia piscine du spa !
Service au dîner beaucoup trop long....

Nice facilities on the face of it, clearly has had a lot of money invested (on parts! But not all)
Severe staff shortages and total absence of any management. Totally amateur nature of the whole setup. We couldn’t even get a bottle of water for our room when requested. The “bar” was never open and didn’t even seem to exist. The few staff that were there tried their very best but were inexperienced and left without guidance. Our experience was FAR from what should have been for a hotel of this price bracket.
