Perfektes Zuhause für den Urlaub

Ein großes, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit zwei separaten Schlafbereichen mit eigenem Bad und weitläufigem Wohn-/Küchenbereich mit weißen Fliesen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool, der größer und tiefer war als erwartet. Sonst ist alles da, was man braucht: bequeme Betten, Duschen mit ausreichend Wasserdruck, Spülmaschine, (Weber)Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kaffeemaschine, scharfe Messer usw.. Einchecken mit Türcode war einfach und hat gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war einfach via Booking und SMS, manchmal ein bisschen verwirrend, da von verschiedenen Nummern, Personen und zusätzlich über das Gästeportal.

Auf extrem hohen Niveau: Die Pool-Lampe (unter Wasser) funktionierte nicht, was auch der Mitarbeiter für die wöchentliche Poolwartung spontan nicht lösen konnte. Für Einkauf, Restaurant und Strand braucht man ein Auto oder mind. Fahrrad, das war aber im Vorfeld klar. Dass man nach dem Auschecken über das Gästeportal noch eine SMS schicken und selbst den Reinigungsdienst über einen Link+Code informieren musste (evtl. wegen Wochenende), erschien mir etwas too-much für mich als Gast. Das sollte automatisch nach dem Auschecken übers Portal ausgelöst werden.

Everything was clean, neat, and in good repair. When there was a glitch with the air conditioning, it was fixed right away! The location was very convenient, and the neighborhood was nice. Loved, loved the pool!!

We had no complaints!

Salty / sweet, home away from home!

Hello, I pretty much liked everything! A lovely home. Especially loved the kitchen, but do recommend a few things. Initially, I couldn’t get into the house, with the code that was given to me. I had to call one of the owners, so he could give me another code. I did the pre registration, and even paid for a late checkout time. Don’t know what happened? I’ve rented other vacation homes, and they usually use the rental person’s last four cell phone digits. Just an idea. Another thing, all the TV remotes were in the master bedroom when I got to the house. I had to figure out which remote went to which TV. So I recommend, that each remote control (which I found cleaned & packaged), Thank You! Should be left next to each respective TV. Secondly, about lighting. You have great ceiling recess lights, but sometimes it was too much /too bright. Especially for the family /dining area, as well as the living room. It would of been good to have a table or floor lamp in the living room, & one each, for the dining & family room. Also, it helps with cost efficiency. Next, I never found the switch for the backyard lights. I tried each wall one that I could find. Maybe I missed it? Also, in the bathrooms, adding a couple of wall hooks near the showers, I always find helpful. To keep extra towels nearby and or to hang your clothe or shower cap. Note: The ice maker is not working from the outside dispenser. It makes ice, but it doesn’t come down. It’s all accumulated interiorly. Lastly, I recommend a handbook left on site, with the name of the home on the cover. With special instructions about the house. Also, communication information. I had trouble getting communication back from the property manager. I asked a few questions before leaving Miami, via booking.com & when I got there. One reply to my first question, came very late, I had already left Miami.

Great house, great neighborhood - would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful big yet cozy modern house with just about everything you would need for an extended stay. We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It was an excellent location and great for dog walking. The backyard and pool were phenomenal. It advertises a heated pool and it definitely delivered. We had a couple things come up during the stay and the owner was immediately responsive and the maintenance folks were quick to respond and friendly.

There were only 2 things we were missing in the kitchen, a rubber spatula and a pair of scissors. Otherwise a really nice and well stocked kitchen. The only location downside for us was not being able to walk to restaurants but there are excellent restaurants about a mile away.
