Located in Lighthouse Point, this lovely house for $328 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This modern house has been recently updated and located in the Lighthouse Point neighborhood (only 2 miles from the beach). We have an incredible pool and patio that will not disappoint anyone who enjoys spending time outside. The backyard is a large patio and fantastic outdoor living space. The pool is 30 feet by 15 feet in size. There is a stainless steel grill, and a patio dining table for 6. If you're looking to relax by the pool, with a few cocktails, we have 2 patio couches and chair, along with a firepit, and 2 loungers for laying out and getting a tan. House Features: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Sleeps 12, large game room. Master Bedroom #1 has a King-sized bed, an attached bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Master Bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed, and a large closet. Guest Bedroom #3 has a Queen-sized bed with "light-up" headboard, and spacious closet. Guest Bedroom #4 has a Bunk Bed with 2 Full-sized mattresses and is perfect for the kids to sleep. Each bedroom and game room is equipped with a Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, and the Living Room has a 65-in Smart TV and a couch with a Queen-sized pull out bed. The Game Room has a 12-foot Shuffleboard table, a regulation sized Foosball table, a light-up, cocktail table, and a 42-in Smart TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer for laundry, and free internet and WI-FI for all of your streaming needs. We have a horse-shoe, circle driveway with plenty of spaces for parking. **** This is NOT a party house. It is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, and is meant to be enjoyed by all. The property was centrally located near shopping and restaurants. The house was extremely comfortable for a large family. My kids loved the bunk bed. The owners were very fast at responding to our requests and questions.

Very updated and modern home with great amenities. They supplied the kitchen with a wide variety of utensils, which made our stay even easier. A nice surprise of games for all to play, and pool toys available for use. They made us feel right at home and wanted to know if we needed anything, as they would do their best to help. We came to Florida for our daughters hockey tournament. We had a wonderful time at this house and it was everything we had out for. The pool was awesome and we were able to make a lot of trips to nearby areas and had an awesome time in Florida. If you’re looking for a good place to stay, I recommend this place.

My brother and his family stayed in this property and absolutely loved it. I stayed close by in another great property owned by the same host. My brother thought everything was just about perfect. The home was clean, fully stocked with everything he needed and the owners were great to do deal with, both during the booking process and during his stay. No complaints at all and my brother and his family plan to stay there again.

We had a terrific 4 day stay in August. Description of house was exactly as described and hosts were very responsive to any questions which were asked. Beds were very comfortable and furniture and tables were in good condition. Kids and adults had a lot of fun with the provided games. Finally, pool was in pristine shape with lots of pool toys. Location was close to several beach choices. This listing exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend for a Deerfield Beach area stay.

Just two of us visiting family in the area but room for many more. Private, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants etc. The house was well stocked with appliances, utensils, towels and more so very comfortable. The owner was easily accessible to answer questions and to address any minor issues that arose. The pool and yard area is amazing as is access to Deerfield and other area beaches, all within a couple of miles. Great outdoor dining options for anyone who has avoided indoor dining during COVID. Overall, we had a great time staying at the house and visiting the area.

We came to Boca to celebrate the holidays with family, and the house was very comfortable! Particularly for a rental, the house came equipped with everything and then some - so many extra pillows, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of pool towels etc. anything we needed the hosts responded to immediately. They keep the house immaculate and it looks just like the photos!

We spent spring break at this home, getting out of the Ohio cold and into the Florida sunshine. The space was perfect for our group of 7 - 4 adults, two teens and a tween. There was enough space to be together and the game room was a big hit! The pool and patio were our favorite hangout spaces after spending the day at the beaches. Deerfield Beach is a short drive from the house - clean with several restaurants and shops to walk to. Fort Lauderdale was an easy drive as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had.
