Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience We have travelled extensively and stayed in many apartments and hotels in different countries, but we have never experienced anything like this. We arrived at Apartment #5 and were shocked to discover that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The level of dirt and lack of basic preparation was completely unacceptable. The apartment was dirty, and there were no clean bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and other basic items that should have been provided for guests. We were a family of three, and the apartment was simply not prepared for our arrival. According to the information provided on the booking website, these things are supposed to be available in the apartment. Instead, it felt as if we had arrived at a place that had been completely forgotten after the previous guests had left. We had to use our own bed linen and our own belongings just to be able to stay there. This is absolutely unacceptable for accommodation that is offered to paying guests. The most disappointing part is that this is not a matter of luxury or high expectations. We are talking about basic hygiene, cleanliness and essential amenities. A guest should not have to arrive with their own towels, bed linen and toilet paper or immediately go shopping for things that should already be provided. We strongly do not recommend this apartment. If you are considering staying here, be prepared for the possibility that the apartment may not be cleaned or properly prepared for your arrival, and that you may need to bring or purchase basic necessities yourself. For us, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable, unhygienic and completely inconsistent with what guests have the right to expect from paid accommodation.

Short distance from the underground

No contact with the host when needed. Bedding and towels were awful. Mould on the walls all around the apartment.

Fair price for a short stay

The apartment had the bare necessities and the furnishing was basic; for the price it was acceptable. There was parking available all times and the nearby park was nice for jogging and short walks. A vending machine on the bottom floor was useful.

It was loud at times but that is no fault of the owner, rather a result of guests not being so courteous. The kitchen utensils were rather minimalistic; it would have been useful to have had more cooking utensils and a chopping board etc. There were ants in the kitchen so best to seal up any food.
