The swimming pool was immaculately clean yet of a higher % of chlorine...the staff were extremely friendly n helpful...specially Nadine n Rabih...the buffet was good n delicious Lebanese food, yet the beverages were in a separate spot, a bit impractical for the guests. The room service was very responsive n respectful...there were various areas of entertainments that would be perfect for families with children...
The hotel parking n security aspect was not tightly managed. The jacuzzi next to the indoor swimming pool was not functional during our stay...n needs some refurbishment as it looks nice to have it properly fixed.

The location was nice and beautiful view. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the fruit plate amenity. Front office employees were friendly
The hotel needs some touch up renovation. The restaurant employees needed to pay some attention on clearance of empty plates when done / refill buffet.

The breakfast and food in general were very good.
The location is convenient for me.
The room's cleanliness could be much better.
The room service was poor and mostly unavailable.
The furniture in the room was old, torn, and worn out. The bathtub in the bathroom is old and worn out. The water was cold, and the hot water took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't hot enough.
