It is so nicely situated in a very quiet spot, and had everything you could wish for. It was lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine, milk, a lovely Norfolk cake etc. Our two small dogs settled in right away and they were provided with towels,treats etc too. Our host has rescued chickens and even gave us some eggs which were lovely. We would certainly recommend the Coach House.

Quiet peaceful village, near to amenities with good road connections. Everything in the cottage worked easily without any complicated programming. Cosy and warm. Greeted by owner and a Norfolk Cake

Communication on the day of arrival was good and it was super lovely to arrive to a bottle of chilled wine in the fridge! Other goodies were also waiting, a Norfolk fruit cake, milk in the fridge, even a large biscuit bone for our dog... the hostess also left some eggs on the doorstep one morning, again, a lovely touch and much appreciated.
The outside seating area was full of dried fallen leaves, the two planters had dead plants in them and the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned. The house itself also felt in need of a refresh, particularly the floors, carpets, upholstery and soft furnishings. Being on holiday, one just wants to be able to enjoy time off in a clean and tidy environment. We arrived in the evening after a long journey in heavy traffic and so went straight out for dinner and then to bed. In the morning, it would have been nice to simply put a pot of coffee on and enjoy breakfast without having to give the table and chairs a good clean first. The piles of dead leaves and dead plants in the pots were irritating but we had to switch off and try to ignore the untidiness. Even though it was a very hot summer surely it wouldn't have taken much to tidy the leaves away and either just empty the planters or plant some drought tolerant plants, am sure guests would be amenable to watering two pots (especially if there was a watering can)!
