The location is great, though you get a lot of noise from the street all night long (especially when Morocco plays World Cup matches). The apartment was clean, the contact with the owner/manager was efficient. I liked the coffee machine (kept coffee warm for long) and the air conditioning. The washing machine was a big asset.
Some amenities were damaged and would require fixing/replacement (like the oven, though we did not plan to bake anything so not a problem for us). The fact there were no furniture in the bathroom (despite its large size) was the most annoying thing. The elevators were moody and sometimes did not want to go up. And the noise mentioned above. However, in general a great value/money ratio. I do recommend.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares, es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio.
Me alojé 2 noches viernes y sabado y no he podido dormir por el ruido que se forma en el Blv Mohamed VI que hay debajo del edificio y que recorre todo el paseo marítimo, desde las 00.00h hasta las 7.00h no paran de pasar coches pitando estridentemenre y continuamente como si celebrarán algo o motos de gran cilindrada acelerando a tope, es inexplicable cómo sucede eso y peor aun como la policia lo permite. Es una pena porque el apartamento es espectacular, pero no se puede dormir por el ruido.
El uso de los ascensores tampoco me gustó, es complicado.
Portero/controlador 24 horas en la entrada del edificio tampoco me gustó.
