Good value and quality in Verbier.

The room was spacious, the hotel staff helpful, secure bike storage and in a quiet part of time.

Good.

No curtain in the bathroom. Fixtures in bathroom were not in best condition. Refridgerator inside desk generated too much heat.

Hotel is a bit distanced from the center so it is quite. Breakfast was good.

Lack of staff. In the evening only a lady - just begined working in the hotel - was working for the reception and bar. We took two rooms, one single one twin. The single room was not the same as showen on the site. It was like a prison. We had to upgrade a twin room for a better view.

Nice, but expensive for what it is

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was basic for the price. I expected a lot more eg no restaurant, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no safe, no minibar.

Cosy stay

Breakfast was good and in a nice setting. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area is very nice with views on the mountains. Location is convenient, right next to the bus stop to ski or walking distance from the village centre.

The hotel needs to be refurbished- the room and halls are outdated. The room was too warm at night with no option to adjust temperature (other than opening the window). We had to keep the curtains drawn/blinds down because the room was quite exposed (especially the bathroom!).

As SKI beginners Verbier had it all. Great accommodation, wonderful skiing and perfect food options

Hotel was walking distance from everything of interest in Verbier. The staff were really welcoming and very helpful. The free coach option to every ski area was great for those who used it.

Hard to find anything I didn't like to be honest.

Perfection.

Verbier is an absolutely beautiful place and this hotel was perfect for my daughter and I. We booked a suite and had a beautiful verander with The view of all views. It made the perfect backdrop to many selfies. The suite was beautiful and warm. Clean and cosy. We also used the spa which was also great. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and shops near by. I'm vegan and was thrilled with a platter of vegan meat and cheese as part of my breakfast. Barbra on reception was especially helpful during our stay. Thank you. We also loved that our room had a smart tv. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

I cant find fault in anything. A microwave in the room would be helpful for visitors. We loved everything.

Very enjoyable

Breakfast very good indeed. Breakfast staff very friendly. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Convenient location next to a bus stop, but centre of Verbier within easy walking distance

Sofa a little uncomfortable and bed mattress far too soft.

Superb

Really liked the pool area with mountain view. Appreciate the staff's availability. Very comfortable bed although the room is a bit small. Tasty breakfast. Would come back.

Choose this Hotel în Verbier...it is great.

Location of the hotel 15 minutes to the center. Very nice ammenities. Free upgrade of room- congratulations. Small SPA but great for a short retreat. În general, a good breakfast.

Well...you do not make cofee at this level with "substances" at breakfast. It was like a bad ness caffee from about twenty years ago. No hot meal like ommllettes or Bacon. This is a minus. For the location, for Verbier.

Excellent central hotel, well suited to Verbier Festival stay.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly

I wish the room had a fridge. It was on the small side but I knew that going in. It was however otherwise fully equipped and comfortable.

clean, quiet, excellent breakfast, nice staff, excellent bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice big bath.

single bed was very small, I kept bumping against the wall.
