We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night before flying home from Zakynthos airport. It was an ideal final destination. good food. good cocktails, nice clean pool, friendly staff. I also booked a massage - which was great.
paying for everything as we went was a bit annoying. I would have sooner billed it all to the room and paid the tab at the end of the stay. This is relatively minor though.

Excellent value for money.
The young man working at the reception in the morning is a top-level professional—reliable, friendly, a great problem solver, and always wearing a warm smile. He even remembered my girlfriend’s birthday and surprised us with a bottle of wine as a gift.
Breakfast is truly complete and delicious, definitely up to four-star standards.
Since we arrived early in the morning, we were kindly offered breakfast without being charged any extra.
The pillows are comfortable, and the shower has excellent water pressure.
Uncomfortable beds. The surface was really hard, with no memory foam at all. I slept poorly.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the bathroom and right by the door to the room (apparently the hallway repeater wasn't strong enough to cover the whole room).
The rooms face the pool, so if you don't close the curtain, anyone can see right in.
The TV is not a smart TV.
I understand that the tap water isn't drinkable, but I couldn't even use it to rinse my mouth—it had a horrible taste.
I hope it's safe and that there's no issue causing that flavor.
The bathroom shares a wall with the hallway, and there was constant noise coming through at all hours of the day and night.
Unfortunately, 90% of the hotel's guests are young people who aren't interested in the sea but only in the pool and nightlife.
Laganas is far from all the most beautiful and characteristic beaches of Zakynthos—except for Banana Beach, which is still 20 km away.
Despite the receptionist's excellent service, I wouldn't recommend this place for a beach-focused vacation.
