atmosphere, service, location, views

there was no lift but great support to get my luggage upstairs

Nice breakfast, included in room rate. Room was pleasant enough

No lift, too many stairs to climb for an older person like me. No lower floor rooms available No working hot water or heating, I had to request a portable radiator, and boil a kettle for hot water to wash and shave.
