The hotel had great sea views, and the breakfast was very nice and fresh. The staff were also very friendly and efficient, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The coffee was also nice at breakfast!
There was a very steep hill leading up to the hotel, which was difficult to walk up and down when going to and from the beach/ restaurants. I have walking difficulties due to my disability and it was hard for me to handle the hill.
Obviously this is my issue and can't be helped by the hotel, but I wish I'd known in advance.

Staff super disponibile,la figlia della proprietaria parla italiano e tutti sono stati super carini.
Camere SUPER PULITE...ma pulite veramente. Le donne delle pulizie sono ottime. Hanno persino dato lo straccio sul pavimento del balcone tanto da poterci mangiare sopra:). Colazione ottima e posizione molto comoda seppur non in mezzo alla confusione del centro lungomare.

Its near Lungomare, view from balcony across the sea. Staff is very friendly.
Noise from other rooms and from coridor can be heard a lot. The hotel is located on a steep road. The floors were not cleaned well and the smell in bathroom is awful.
