The staff were wonderful, helpful and always smiling from Chan and the ladies in reception and doormen to Tina and the restaurant ladies and housekeepers. The lovely staff made our stay feel special 🙏🏼😊

That we couldn't stay longer

So I don’t often write reviews for the many hotels I stay in but I feel completely overwhelmed with the the help the hotel has given me since I stayed with them. Unfortunately I had a very bad accident mid stay and ended up in the hospital with a severely broken leg and ankle. I notified the hotel a few days after i regained consciousness from the drugs and immediately they went well beyond anything I expected or even experienced from any hotel I have stayed globally. They firstly dropped my bag off to the hotel in person and stayed In constant contact the whole time, they brought me a note and bag of goodies to cheer me up and messaged me everyday to check up on me and ask if they can do anything else to help me. I still owed them a few days for the room which I was unable to pay in cash while in hospital, but they made no concern of this and just told me to pay once i am out and able to pop over. Chua the girl behind the reception was again amazing and very sweet the whole time i was going through the whole ordeal. The hotel its self is lovely, rooms are very clean and Ana amazing pool. The day I managed to have breakfast was very tasty and was constantly topped up with fresh food. For the price you pay, I would highly recommended this hotel! 10 out of 10 Thank you guys for being so great! ❤️

Nothing was 10/10!!

The staff was kind and helped us book trains and buses for the rest of the trip. Breakfast was excellent.

Pool was disappointing, too small and dirty. Room was small and the bathroom was run down, with old hair in the shower drain.
