Good location. Walking distance to the shops on Thesen Island and about a 10 min walk to the Waterfront. The apartment is large and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The amazing Il de Pain bakery is just across the road (breakfast sorted!)
The apartment doesn't have a view of the lagoon or a balcony. It wasn't a problem for us as the apartment is still situated very close to the lagoon and we were out and about most of the time anyway.

Location and space
Towels were damp and smelt. Laundry was returned wet/damp, had to try and dry ourselves in apartment. Complained and feedback was the cleaner was using a low setting on the tumble dryer.

The bed, duvet, pillows. Big shower. Parking.
The TV is not even worth switching on - it hangs every two seconds. Removing the batteries from the remote works for about 5 minutes. Restarting it did nothing - not happy. Coming back to our loft after a long day and wanting to relax by watching 30 minutes of TV was not something we were afforded.
The water pressure was horrible.
Signage and directions from Booking.com tried to take us into the boomed area in Thesen's island.
The kitchen tap is so unstable and really badly maintained.
It was far too loud - so much music playing. One window did not close properly so we were stuck listening to music and people collecting garbage loudly.
The automatic lights in the kitchen kept switching on and off while we were trying to sleep. Sleep 5/10.
