Residence Fort Savane

The rooms were very well kept, and we were extremely pleased with the standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff came in daily to clean the entire apartment and provided fresh towels each day. Although the air conditioner in the room we were initially assigned was not functioning properly, the team was very attentive and made every effort to ensure that we remained comfortable. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Olivier, who went above and beyond to assist us and ultimately ensured that we were relocated to a more comfortable room. The level of care, responsiveness, and attention shown by the team was greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to our overall positive experience.

Our stay was wonderful overall, and apart from a few minor issues with the kitchenette facilities, we were very pleased with our experience. 1. Dish Drainer:There was no dish drainer in the kitchenette. Since cooking facilities are provided, I would recommend placing a small dish drainer in each kitchenette to allow guests to properly drain and dry dishes after washing. 2. Mugs: The coffee mugs provided were quite small and were not really suitable for enjoying a proper cup of tea. It would be appreciated if a few larger mugs could be included among the kitchenware. 3. Pots and Pans: The pans provided in our first room were quite small and did not have covers, which made preparing certain meals a little inconvenient. I would recommend providing slightly larger pans with matching covers to make the cooking facilities more practical for guests. Apart from these minor observations, we had a perfect stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. These suggestions are simply intended to make the kitchenette facilities even more convenient and comfortable for future guests.

Reception only available from 12 midday to 8pm. You get a number to contact if any issue. However, they didn't answer when contacted as the building alarm when off on our first night. Nothing was address future morning. We were out on the street as the alarm blasted whilst being approached by homeless/ drug addicted individuals~ very unstaff situation.
