Locatie is geweldig, huis is fantastisch. Groot, veel kamers en badkamers, lekkere woonkamer, vrij complete keuken. Eigen parkeerplek is ook lekker!
De trappen kunnen pittig zijn als iemand slecht ten been is. Ook het ontbreken van een fatsoenlijk koffie apparaat zoals bv een nespresso is een groot gemis. Tot slot is de uitchecktijd van 9.00 niet echt klantvriendelijk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Chatham. I was concerned about the stairs after reading comments but in fact, they were fine - just quite a few of them!
The location was perfect, being so close to the seafront. It was very quiet. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Lovely hot, powerful showers.
Having to be out by 9am. That was a bit of a rush on the last morning.

It is a fascinating property in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped and convenient. Tesco Express was just a minute walk away. Nice to have a seaview. En suite in all bedrooms wasvery welcome.
The rope handrail would be better a fixed wooden one.

Excellent space for a group staying together. Kitchen facilities/dining table and lounge area all catering for 8 people. Clean with lovely fresh bed linen. En suite facilities per bedroom/s was very welcome by all in the group. Being in the centre of the main shopping street was fantastic with Tesco/Co Op next door for your essentials. Very quiet we heard no residual noise from the high street as the property faces away from the road. Parking was easy once the host had helped register our hire car with the ANPR company we just used the property driveway as if at home with no issues. The views from the terrace are stunning and change each day with the weather. A stunning cosy homely period property to which we spent many hours together just chatting our time away and playing games.
There was nothing we did not like.
