L'emplacement est pratique dans le sens où on accède facilement à la marina et à plusieurs commerces et restaurants. l'appartement est magnifique, très lumineux, bien décoré, et agencé de manière intelligente. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le salon / salle à manger très confortable. Très belle terrasse avec mobilier accessible depuis le salon et une des chambres. Suffisamment spacieuse pour y manger à 6 personnes.
Rien sur l'appartement en lui-même, vraiment très haut de gamme. Malheureusement il donne sur une rue qui est la principale voie d'accès à la Marina, et celle-ci est très bruyante, dans la journée à cause des véhicules, et le soir (voire la nuit) à cause de fêtards bruyants. Aucun problème quand les fenêtres sont fermées, mais avec les fenêtres ouvertes le bruit est très présent.

Gefallen hat uns nur die Lage. Strand in der Nähe, Spaziergang möglich, Parkplatz stets verfügbar. 5 von 10 Punkten NUR für die Lage!
Die Wohnung ist schwül (nicht einmal ein Ventilator, geschweige denn Klimaanlage vorhanden), eindeutig renovierungsbedürftig (herausfallende Steckdosen, marode Wasserhähne, total abgenutzte Kopfkissen, praktisch unbrauchbare Pfannen etc.) und schlichtweg nicht sauber, was man an den schmutzigen, gelblich befleckten Handtüchern, modrigem Geruch und zahlreichen (toten wie lebendigen) Kakerlaken in den Schränken festmachen konnte. Der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach katastrophal. Auf keinen Fall Weiterempfehlung.
