Overall, our stay was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standard we expected..

The serenity of the surroundings, the beautiful setting, and the absolutely tasteful food made the experience truly unforgettable. A special kudos to Chef Surprise for an exceptional culinary experience. Lunch in the bush was simply amazing—peaceful, memorable, and filled with great food

We were booked into Room 2, and unfortunately, the housekeeping standards were very disappointing and require urgent attention. While retrieving my phone after it fell under the bed, I discovered that the area underneath the bed had clearly not been cleaned properly, with unknown and quite disgusting items left underneath. Furthermore, while looking for toilet paper in the bathroom cupboard, I found a woman’s underwear inside. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the thoroughness of the room-cleaning process between guests. There were also visible spider webs on the thatched ceiling directly above the bed, which further suggests that the room has not been properly cleaned or inspected. We appreciate that things can occasionally be overlooked, but these are basic hygiene and housekeeping standards that should not be compromised, particularly in guest accommodation. This requires urgent attention and a thorough review of the housekeeping and room-inspection procedures. A very loud music next to the pool area by other guests was so unacceptable and inconsiderate to other guests.

I enjoy the room and the food

The location was great and had a good time.

Service was poor. We waited for too long at the entrance, made several calls and messages no answer. Same thing happened when we checked out. Communication was just so poor.
