An extremely uncomfortable and unsafe stay — I had to leave the hotel at 1 a.m. and find another place to stay.

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The hotel itself felt neglected and poorly maintained. To get to the room, you had to enter through a dark, cramped area and go up narrow stairs — honestly, it felt like being in a horror movie rather than a hotel. The room did not give any feeling of cleanliness or safety. The window was directly facing another building, and there was an exterior structure/access point right next to the window, which made me feel extremely unsafe. Because of this, I could not comfortably open the window. It felt more like being in a basement than a proper hotel room. It was summer, there was no air conditioning, and I could not stay in the room because of the heat and the lack of ventilation. At around 1 a.m., I had no choice but to pack my things, leave the hotel and find another place to stay. I contacted the property and asked to be moved to another room, but the owner/management never contacted me or offered any solution. I was also not refunded for the unused nights. Unfortunately, Booking.com was equally unhelpful and irresponsible in handling my complaint, and I was left without a refund despite having to leave the hotel because I could not safely and comfortably stay there. The only positive thing I can mention is the location. Apart from that, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Good spot with great transportation options

The place is located near the Bastille station and other train lines, giving you plenty of options for getting around the city. There's also a Carrefour nearby to pick up groceries and supplies, as well as several bars. Overall, it’s a great, well-located spo

Apartman je na odličnom mestu, na samoj metro stanici Ledru Rolin.U blizini prodavnica restorana, Mc Donaldsa ...krevet u dnevnoj sobi bio je prostran i udoban.Posteljina dobra i čista. Peškiri odlučni. Fen odličan..Laku smo ušli putem šifre i imali smo ranu prijavu u 13h što je odlično. Devojke koje sređuju apartman su besprekorno ljubazne.

U apartmanu ne postoji ni jedan orman, samo 1 metalni čiviluk sa ofingerima. Kupatilo premalo i spremno za rekonstrukciju..tepih u lošem stanju. Sam ulaz u zgradu ima neprijatan miris jer je zgrada stara. Stepeniste koje vodi do stana je staro, nestabilno i u lošem stanju.. Na nekoliko poruka tokom boravka niko nam nije odgovorio.
