Everything! Location was super convenient since we wanted to be near the center but have a car. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and extremely well planned, every detail is prepared for - it even has a dryer! And the mgmt company and service has been exceptional. So many tourist apts are very unprofessionally run, but these guys have been top notch.
Just 1 toilet- it was advertised so it didnt come as a surprise, but that was the only structural fault of the apt.

Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and quiet despite being in city centre. Lovely to relax on the terrace.
I understand that Bordeaux is strict on air conditioning and although we really appreciated the fans in every room, we were there in 40 degree heat, so would have preferred air con. Other than that it was great.

Location and terrasse are a plus.
Not clean as expected. Equipment to cook in the bathroom also a bit dirty and old.
Bathrooms state degrading in comparison to pictures.
Very loud with the bar downstairs playing music until 2.30am at nights.
