Great location in amongst everything but nice and quiet at the villa, Anik is great and will look after absolutely everything. The layout was great for our family of 7

Our housekeeper is the best she cooked our breakfasts and went and ordered cakes and balloons to decorate the villa for my husbands birthday -nothing is too much trouble for her and she was great with the grandchildren it was our second visit and we’ll be back
Very slippery polished concrete around the pool several of us fell despite walking and being careful

Store, uavhengige soverom med private bad. Hyggelige fellesområder med kjøkken/spisestue, stue og basseng. Veldig sentral beliggenhet, 5 min til hovedgater, 15 til strand (til fots). Men det beste av alt var Anik, som passet på villaen og oss. Ryddet, vasket, laget frokost, ordnet vask av klær, utflukter, alt. Anik er den beste grunnen til å leie villaen.
Alt er bra. Er ikke topp moderne standard, men alt er funksjonelt og i god stand.

Beautiful villa and great layout for a family of 8 giving everyone their own space. Great location in Seminyak. Laundry was fast and really well priced to do with maid.
The pool was cloudy on arrival and became green during our stay, meaning we lost a full day of being able to use it. A pool cleaner was arranged quickly once the issue was raised.
Breakfast was difficult to organise with the maid, and we frequently ran out of toilet paper. Bathroom bins weren’t always emptied daily, communal areas weren’t consistently cleaned or swept, and our bed sheets were not changed at all during our 10-day stay.
