Bed were very uncomfortable, two towels for 3 people. No conditioner in shower bottle. Two pillows! Had to ask for more. No hair dryer. There breakfast consist of old stale coffee and cereal bars. Also booked though hotels. Com and it said it didn't go through. So I re booked and got double charged. Still fighting to get my money back from hotel for roomi didn't use even though I contacted them within two minutes of seeing both reservations with in minutes of booking!

This location is right off the interstate and near shopping, fuel centers, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was clean, well decorated and comfortable.

The room was super dusty it was chunked on everything, the coffee pot was not clean at all and still had a used coffee pod inside, the shower needed to be cleaned as well. The pool was sooo cold it was even cold in the pool room so we had to go to our friend’s hotel for the boys to swim. Breakfast was free but very limited options.

The hotel itself is in a great location. Within walking distance to several places to eat including McDonald’s, Culver’s, and Starbucks. Pool was not heated. Room was clean but had a weird smell. I’m gonna assume they have a moisture and mildew problem since there was a dehumidifier in the room. Bathroom was small with a sliding wood door and a weird shower that was like showering in a capsule. Bathroom light is on a timer and it shut the lights off during my shower. The hotel was completely booked do to travel basketball and softball. Which means teenage kids running everywhere, slamming doors, beating on walls, running the hall ways at 3 am. I went to call the front desk and apparently the phone is only for decoration, it didn’t even have a cord. Went to the desk no one was there. Turns out the room next to us was nothing but teenage girls with NO adults. Found that out after having to knock on their door to get them to calm down. The morning staff at checkout was nice and apologetic.

Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Had more variety and even a younger granddaughter enjoyed it. Only downside was I always had to look for the front desk, person to check in and then to check out.

The hotel was nice. My only disappoint was the appearance of missed spots in their cleaning: the bases of the lamps, the coffeemaker, & the remote. They all just seemed a bit grimey. I gave this feedback to the hotel. A little elbow grease on these spots will greatly improve the feel of the rooms. The bedding & towels were clean & nice. The floors, shower & toilet were clean as well. I could tell someone had smoked in our room in the past, but not the real recent past. All the rooms are listed as non-smoking.

The king bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint I have is that someone was smoking pot on our floor and the smell was seeping into our room. We did not call and complain.

The room was great. The pool was closed so that was too bad. The breakfast and coffee were awful. The coffee came from a vending machine and the creamer was spoiled. The breaksfast was poor quailty.

Overall I was pleased with our room. It accommodated our needs very well. The coffee table leg was pulling out from the crossbar. I was able to push it back into place. There was dust on the alarm clock. The couch was comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The bedside tables were minimal. A little more attention to detail would have made this super.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a heater that made lots of noise. TV cable system had some issues with the channels working correctly. They were manageable problems, but overall it was just so-so staying here.

Good amenities for a two-star hotel. Breakfast was pre-COVID quality and just to be clear, that’s a good thing. Weekday happy hour was just what I needed after a long drive.

For the most part you can tell they are trying to clean it up. Fresh(er) paint and new bedding. Musty smell, we couldn't eat the breakfast - there was mold on the biscuits and the gravy was cold (we did bring this to the manager's attention) The staff was friendly.

Check in was very easy and the woman at the front desk was very nice. We went into our room and turned on the air conditioner then left to go run a couple errands when we came back our room smelled so bad from the air conditioner we had to turn it off and open white little part of the window that we could. I went to put something in the nightstand and when I opened it up there was a cup in there that was half full with a dark substance and I just left it I did not touch it. I went and got some wipes from the front desk to wipe off the night stand lights as both of them had not been wiped off and to say the least they were quite disgusting. The area around the refrigerator needed to be clean. I will say the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK nothing spectacular. I hate that I used my reward points for this hotel because it definitely was not worth it and I knew that I would not be able to get my points back and possibly not my money and since it was only for one night we stayed but I definitely will not be back nor stay at any other sleep in hotels.

No toilet paper, kleenex, the shower had dried soap with pubic hair in it on the walls. Also, the hair dries was shattered. I tried to call the service desk and it rang busy everytime. I went down to the desk to get everything that should have been in the room, three people were standing there talking. I had to interprut them to make my request known. They acted putout! I said you can bring the items to the room I am not waiting. When a female brought the stuff she said next time call the desk. I said I tried, someone had the phone off the hook. She just said oh!! No I am sorry for anything! Try having a BM and no TP!!

Outdated, broken door on closet, noisy, dirty. Will not stay here or recommend others to stay here. Bathroom was ridiculous. Gold shower stall, huge 1980’s soaker tub, 19” tv. Reserved king, got two queens. Fan on a/c rattled all night, door on bathroom kept shutting on its own because nothing was level in the room. Old furniture, looked like it came from a 2nd hand store. Wouldn’t be bad except they are charging $200/night for this crappy room.

I interacted with 3-4 staff, each one was pleasant and professional! Room was very comfortable with a mini frig that had a freezer(which we needed). Very reasonable cost so I was not expecting luxury, so I was very happy with the cleanliness and comfort. Wish I had taken a picture tire of our lake view!😘😘

The shower was not clean upon our arrival. They did send someone up to clean it when requested but it was stained to where it looked like someone else’s soap was still in there and the shower head was severely corroded and gross. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful. It smelled like mold and mildew everywhere. It was hard to breathe in the room. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. The breakfast was sad and lacking. No juice, no butter, they were out of half of what they had displayed. It was dingy and gross. Never again will i stay there!

They had no hot water and didn't tell me till after I checked in. It went out the day before and had no one working on it till Monday. Suppose ot give me a 20 dollar credit

This hotel old and run down. When attempted to shower in the morning there was no hot water. Husband went to front desk to complain and we were told they had to turn the gas off the night befire. No apologies and when asked to speak to manager were told not available. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 but it was 8 before everything was out. Will not stay at this propery again.

When we first arrived we found out the pool was closed which was our main reason for booking. Next our air conditioner was broke the staff just moved with rooms we're very friendly about it however when I woke up in the morning there was no hot water to shower. The morning staff didn't seem too concerned about it or care to do anything about the situation.
