Room was clean . Any requests were responded to immediately, you did not have to send a reminder.
Jana, who was in charge of the Breakfast Nook was amazing! In & out of the kitchen ensuring that there the buffet was dishes were topped up at all times. Always busy, helpful. She was the best.
Front desk, they had these home made snacks out each day. We grabbed them on our way out yo munch on on our excursions. One cold evening when we returned to the lodge they set up a station of all the ingredients to make Smores' including the fire place! I thought this was a nice touch.
Finally, due to all the road works in the area, the airport shuttle could not meet us the lodge. We were overwhelm with the thought of logging around with the luggage to the meeting point as my husband is recovering from a critical surgery ( trip was planned before the surgery ). I went to the front desk to explain - the clerk said " No worries, we will get someone to take the luggage to the meeting point for you " she said she will leave note for the next clerk on duty. I have to say, there was no issues when it was time to leave.
The entire staff is very efficient.
Kudos to you guys! We will visit again!
