From the very beginning we noticed the lack of customer service at this facility. We travel to the Dominican Republic nearly twice or three times a month on business. Have been lodged and many hotels. And wanted to give this hotel a try. That was a terrible mistake. My wife and i decided to leave the hotel nearly an hour after we arrived due to the lack of service from the staff. From the manager down, the staff are terrible at customer service. We tried to obtain a refund for the $249.00 that we paid for our room. Because we never even went up to the room because it was not ready. We were told that it was not possible. We then made a reservation in a place that we frequent for $359.00 a night. This should have been our first choice. The online images are nothing like the palce itself. I personally do not take time to write reviews, BUT THIS WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THE MANY HUNDREDS OF HOTELS THAT I HAVE BEEN TO. PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER PLACE BEFORE YOU BOOK A RESERVATION BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The hotel is in bad shape and the maintenance appears to be non existence. The staff is the only reason I was able to stay due to their wonderful people skill. Do not come to this place unless you are in a budget and in need of an urgent getaway

The room is very big and comfortable. The food was good but similar for lunch and dinner. It close to the golf course and the pool area is very clean. Great for a weekend getaway

The Hotel is good , safe , staff Friendly. To go to the beach you need transportation (they have ). The pool is pretty .

We had a good stay at the hotel. BIG shout out to the entertainment group-they worked hard and as a result we had a blast! The only complain I would have was the food-it was bland and often times cold. However, all the staff at the resort were outstanding and made our holiday that much better!

Rooms smell very humid as if water was on a rug for some time. The food quality was horrible. No soap in the room and given one it did not lather. I was told if I wanted better soap I would beed to upgrade although I already was paying extra for a deluxe suite.

Property was beautiful and safe ! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Surroundings and grounds were well kept ! Swimming pool is huge and beautiful! All inclusive hotel with excellent service and quality food! Really enjoyed my stay and will return again because we love the staff that work here and the quality service they provide!

The television was old, and we couldn't watch beisbol in our room because the channel was not available there! The bedroom didn't smell good when we arrived, my husband almost asked for another room. The food was good, well assorted! With a lot of vegetables and fruit.

The staff was amazing everybody was very attentive but the antiquated things in the rooms such as the sink that was pretty bad. The toilet was a bit dirty when we arrived and the old TVs they need to have flat screen TVs. Also in order to have hot water you had to run the sink first.
