The onsen and sauna are real fantastic. Breakfast is good and delicious, checked in was fast and explained very well, kind staff, shuttle pick up from Himeji eki and drop off too are a big help for us commuter. Snacks are available long hours, big and comfortable lobby, spacious room with amazing view, plus a lil gift ( time of check in ) is a bonus😄! We really happy to be back again!
Not an issue but there’s no “kinko” in the room where you can put valuable thins while your outside.

部屋からの景色が良かった（夜は気が付かなかったが、3階からなら、姫路城も見えた。2階からだと木が邪魔で見えないかも？） フロントの方の説明・対応が丁寧だった。部屋も清潔で安心して過ごせた。
防音性が低いのか、3階で子供がドンドンする音が夜中まで聞こえていた。フロント以外のインクルージングの対応をしているスタッフの方に、どこに片付けたらいいですか？と聞いた時の対応が素っ気なくて残念だった。防音性が低いことと、事前告知があったので問題はないが、アメニティが無い（せめて必要な分を自分で取る形にするとか）のが、金額と見合わないと感じた部分。

夏休みの子供達が、ドリンクやフードを自分たちで作り、スタンプラリーや花火を楽しみました。部屋やお風呂からの海まで見渡せる景色には魅せられました。

ラウンジが充実している。営業時間も問題なし。
食事も姫路名産を売りに美味しかった。
ベッドの区切りがわかりにくく、お年寄りや子どもは転んでしまう。
