Had a cancelled flight, lost luggage and a delayed trip overseas to see my family. Thank goodness for a welcoming staff and comfortable room to end a very challenging day.

I'm a bit disappointed in our stay. We've stayed here before. It's been about two years since our last stay here. The parking is no longer free which sucks. There's signs everywhere to make sure you scan the QR code. The receptionist was not very welcoming. She had a bit of an attitude and had an AirPod in her ear. We had to switch rooms when we arrived since it smelled very bad like chemical or gas. The room we switched to was better but later that night we found out the sink was clogged. We called the front desk for the onsite engineer and the engineer never came. I tried calling the front desk several times but they never answered. The breakfast was okay, it's been better in the past. Overall, the stay was not good as we expected. We booked this hotel because in the past, it was great and our stay felt like home. I'm not sure if there's been changes with the mangement but I will not be coming back here again.

Surely not a place I would associate with the Hyatt brand. The hotel was empty, the restaurant was technically 'open,' though it was darkened, no staff or food to be seen from 5-7. In the morning there were several people having breakfast (buffet style with standard fare of a Fairfield Inn), but all seemed to be workers in the area who have an arrangement with the hotel.

The hotel has changed tremendously since the last time I stayed there before COVID. I was a regular and I'm not a Virginia resident, that should explain how much I Loved this location. But, it must be under new management. For starters everything has a QR Code?? There is not a personal touch anywhere?? The room are extremely small and refrigerator size is a joke?? I remember the rooms being much bigger with a Full size fridge, Sink, and Cook-top. We made our own dinner we stayed at this location in the past. When you enter the hotel you notice immediately that the carpet needs to be vacuumed at the Entrance door and in the elevator. The TV, wait for it Another QR Code for access. The bathroom was filthy and had mold around the toilet?? Lastly, the Breakfast used to be amazing with options for non pork eaters and vegetarians; this location used to offer omelets made-to-order. Now, they offer cold potatoes, eggs, and half-cooked meat? We passed and left to Order Breakfast at Cracker Barrel that's approximately 5 minutes away. Way better. I think it's safe to say I won't return to this location. Would suggest an overhaul of Customer Service, Cleanliness, Eliminating QR Codes, and Major improvement in Dining options? I've attached images if mold growing in bathroom.

Excellent hotel to stay near the airport. Room was very spacious and clean. High ceilings helped.

Stay was pleasant and nice. House keeping staff cleaned the room nicely. Couple of issues - Hyatt charged us a parking of 10$ for every night we were there and we stayed there for 5 nights so it all added up to 50$ + service charge for online payment. Near by hotels in the airport area don't have any parking fee and we felt we should have booked somewhere else instead of paying here. Since we stayed there for 5 days the breakfast options are exactly the same all the days (with only exception of replacing hashbrowns with fried potatoes on alternate days)

Parking. The hotel charges for the privilege. Not only this but you have to pay to pay to park. The website has a "convenience" fee which is anything but convenient. Want to add convenience? Build in the parking fee to your hotel fee. Or better yet, do like all the other hotels in the area and don't charge for parking.
Also, please clean up your hallways. I was here for 2 days and this trash was here before i got here and was still there when I left.
Will not be using this property again.

My room was nothing like the pictures I saw when booking. Rooms are very old and bathroom was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.
Receptionist was very robotic. Did nothing to help or suggest where could get help with our luggage.

$10 parking fee ( $1 service fee) middle of nowhere next to Sheetz gas station. Breakfast is trash cold eggs, sausage, potatoes, and warm milk.

Pros. Very close to the airport. Not crowded. Good condition. Nice studio rooms w kitchen
Cons. The airport shuttle doesn’t hold the schedule. Drivers are rude and trying to explain you are came over to late or too early. Finally on my day of departure the shuttle got out of service. And hotel called free Lyft for me to get to airport. Absolutely no public transportation or some other signs of human civilization exist in the vicinity. So you will depend from hotel shuttle to get to metro station. Only gas station available.

I paid for a king room with a pull out sofa for my family of 4. Unfortunately, I was given a king room with no pull out sofa. When I brought this initially to the front desks attention they initially told me that since I booked a king on Expedia this was all they had. (Clearly my kids needed a bed to sleep in if I listed them on my order.). Eventually she called me back and said they found a room with 2 double beds to make it better. However I’d be careful on initial check in and double check if your counting on that sofa bed. Otherwise it was a great stay with a nice hot breakfast.

The original posting I saw said nothing about having to pay to park. $11 for 24 hours when only staying overnight is beyond ridiculous. If you are going to charge, charge for normal overnight which is more than 8 hours but way less than 24 hrs.
The room was spacious. The location of tv was by far the worst. Every tv channel kept freezing up.

Room doesn’t look anything like the one in the photo, this is false advertising! (Queen 2 beds - complete different setup!)
Also staff took 20 minutes just to check us in, really? 11 pm and we are tired and he is typing 1 letter at a time. Also no late check out, would even let me stay extra 30 minutes?!

First and second room was clean but lobby waiting area had coffee stains and obvious wear. I can look past that but both rooms had an odor. The odor in the first room was starting to nauseate my husband so they moved us to a different room. It also had an odor, but less pungent.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were superb - new, clean and very quiet. The breakfast was quite good. The best part is the convenient location near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for just being a friendly, beautiful facility.

I liked the fact that people remember me from other stays and know that I have spent a lot of time at Hyatt properties. The staff is pleasant and accommodating as much as possible.
I did notice some bites on me this time that I stayed that I seemed to contract overnight and there was an overflow of water even though I was right there as I was running the water and awake and moving around in the bedroom. I am wondering if it was a time lapse of some sort that made it worse than the amount of elapsed time would have suggested that it would be. You have wonderful staff that helped me to clean it up. I had a choice as to where to stay and I wanted a place that made me feel safe and comfortable. In spite of many things that I have seen happen there, I chose that place due to the subtle "officialness" that is underlying what is seen in the foreground, even though I have witnessed the presence of known thugs and bullies. It feels like "Home" when I come, even when the staff have all changed. I trust my feelings even when things happen that go wrong.

My flight was cancelled and we booked this hotel close to the airport. Hotel shuttle picked us up. Check in was quick and easy.

This was just a quick stopover on my way home from overseas. The hotel was close to the airport and it was nice and convenient. The staff so far have all been friendly and courteous... if i ever need a hotel in this area again, ill likely choose this one.

Upon checking in, my requested room was not available. After contacting the front desk, they changed me into couple room before putting me in my requested room.
Secondly, i received a parking ticket IN THE HOTEL parking lot due to recipient employee not informing me that i need to pay for the hotel parking .

I wasn’t very satisfied with my room as I always ask to be placed on a floor higher than the bottom floor or 1st floor - the room smelled like someone had cooked fish prior to my stay. The new parking rules were not explained until I saw a sign and asked about the parking in which I may have gotten towed if I didn’t go back out to my car and see the sign. This was not my first time here and times before parking was free - I asked the front desk person when did the parking fees begin and she informed me they started only a month ago.
