The front desk staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had while we were there. We also loved that breakfast was included with options to choose from.

Spacious room, spotless, hot and powerful showers, coca tea and other kinds of tea available. Breakfast was delicious- we didn’t catch the lady’s name who cooked for us but she was incredibly kind and accomodating for my severe peanut allergy
Location is a little out of the way, radiator didn’t work so was quite cold but used the extra blanket provided

Breakfast is ok
Apartments with technically one big window but it is closed with huge roller shade and you can’t open it because it goest to the road exactly at the street (1st floor)-they have 2
You can’t open anything and as result no fresh air at all and we have to open door
Very loud, working stuff starting to speak loudly, doing their stuff around 6am so u waking up( music and so on)
Also you here when someone knocking door since don’t know password
Never take 1st floor- this time is not deluxe or so as described
Don’t have fresh air at your room at Cusco-brr
And everyone form guest passing your room -you hear everything
$$$$
