The host who lives nearby was really helpful, especially with helping me figure out how to get a taxi to his apartment late at night. He also showed me around the neighborhood and recommended a nice local restaurant, where I ended up having brunch or lunch every day during my stay.
At first, I thought there was no housekeeping service, as there was no one at the reception. Later, I noticed the cleaning lady came by I think twice during my stay, once in the afternoon and once around 10 in the morning. The housekeeping schedule was a little confusing. I also noticed that a washed bedsheet left in the washing machine for at least two days before I mentioned it to the host.

I likes that it is near the forest and air quality is much better than in Swayambhu or Thamel. Also it is not long to go and drive to main places. The owner was very helpful and my little studio was super clean. Definitely can recommend this place even for monthly stay.
