Completely immersed in a beautiful garden of olive trees, palm trees, flowers and fruit trees, the property offers its guests tranquility, relaxation and a great atmosphere.
The villa has 11 beds divided into three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cots can be added in the bedrooms.
It has two tastefully furnished bathrooms, four showers (two inside and two outside), a hallway, a kitchenette, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a third bathroom that can be used externally.

The property is amazing! We loved the pool and landscape. The roof deck was amazing to watch the sunset. Kitchen well equipped. Laundry room well equipped. Beach chairs and umbrella provided . Beautiful beach down the road 5 minutes. Some difficulty with communication in English with local care taker however VRBO host Darius was quick to reply.

From the moment the gates opened, we knew weld found a dream house for our 8 days in Italy.
We arrived very late and Dario went out of his way (even telling his mum to stay awake so he could pick some things up from her) to get us milk and other essentials for our children to breakfast the following morning.
The villa was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and all have AC.
The outdoor kitchen area was brilliant, as well as the outdoor showers.
There were quite a lot of gnats when we went (end of May 2023) but, being in the middle of the countryside, that’s to be expected.
The pool is not heated.
Supermarket within a 5 minute drive with very passionate deli staff. Beach with 2 lidos also 5 mins away - Lido Mania is recommended for views and food.
We loved everything about this villa and would return in a heartbeat.
